- Pre-made pants- Please allow 1-2 weeks for domestic delivery. 2-6 weeks for international delivery. Delivery time doesn’t include production and processing time which is usually 1-7 working days.
- As soon as your order is placed, we will begin to process it, and a tracking number will be sent to you by email once your items are shipped out.
- These items are eligible for international shipping, using the most suitable courier for your country (DHL, Fedex, etc).

Are these pants unisex?
- Of course! These pants fit all body types. It’s important to include all of your sizing measurements in sizing form, so these pants fit you comfortability and exclusively.
Are these pants easy to put on, Is the material stretch or restricting?
- Yes, these pants have 2 long zipper pulls on the back leg to allow easy accessibility. The material on pants has a very minimal stretch but not a 4-way stretch. The 2 zippers on pant back legs can be worn zipped or unzipped.
What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?
- If your order is delayed or lost, first check the estimated delivery date or tracking number provided by the seller. If the order was delivered but you haven’t received it, check your delivery address and contact the shipping carrier (DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS etc) for assistance. If the issue persists, you may be eligible for a replacement.
Do I have to pay to return my order?
- There are no return costs. We offer free returns.
What materials are used in this product?
- All materials are sustainable and vegan fabric sourced.
What are the product’s care instructions?
- These pants are made with vegan leather. Please do not wash or dry these pants in a machine. To care for the pants, regularly wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap, avoid harsh chemicals, and condition it periodically with a “provided liquid cleaner” that will come with your package.
- Storage: Store vegan leather clothing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid Ironing: Do not iron vegan leather directly, as the heat can damage the material.
- Gentle Handling: Be gentle when handling and cleaning vegan leather to avoid scratches or tears.

- Using a measuring tape, please measure your pant waist, hip, thigh size, pant inseam, pant length, and front rise. Refer to the sizing chart for more details.

BRAND X MENS EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Overview
Due to the nature of the item being handmade and personalized, returned items can only be exchanged for another size within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. Please email info@brandxmens.com if you have any questions.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be undamaged, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging*.
To complete your exchange, please email info@brandxmens.com with the reason of exchange, order number, a receipt or proof of purchase, your exchange sizing.’
Refunds

Exchanges
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If the returned item has been worn, damaged or show signs of drastic wear and tear by the customer after the initial purchase and return, the requested exchange item will be declined, and the garment will be returned back to you.
Customers are responsible for handling shipping cost for domestic and international exchanges. Once the exchanged item is received, approved and processed, we will ship the item back to you free of charge.
